Artificial intelligence · inside your systems · since 2005

Everyone “uses AI”. We put it to work inside your systems — with the right brakes.

For twenty years we have grown small and mid-sized companies with a method, not with promises. Today we wire artificial intelligence live into your systems — website, ecommerce, campaigns, email — so that it reads your real data and acts, instead of only suggesting. Faster, deeper, safely. With one rule we never touch: AI accelerates, the decisions stay human.

THE THESIS

THERMOMETER OR THERMOSTAT

The difference between a thermometer and a thermostat.

Everyone says it now, “we use AI”. But I have watched the web, social and now AI go by, and I have understood one thing: the difference is not having artificial intelligence, it is what you have it do. For almost everyone it is a thermometer: it measures, tells you how things are, and waits for you to move by hand.

We build thermostats. We connect AI to your real systems — the store, the ad accounts, the email, the catalog database — have it read the real numbers and then act: it prepares the changes, it runs them, after your confirmation. That is the difference between a suggestion and a result. And we do it with the same rigour a serious company applies to its own systems: with method, with checks, with brakes in the right place.

“We do not sell AI. We solve problems that cost you money and time — using AI, connected to your systems, safely.”— KOM

01
UNDER CONTROL

HOW WE KEEP IT IN CHECK

Three things that make the difference between power and a mess.

01 — Brakes in the right place

Confirmations before acting, reversible operations, checks at every step. We know where AI is dangerous: that is where we put the brakes.

02 — Method, not improvisation

Roles, checklists, repeatable processes. The AI is organized and checkable, not left to the luck of a single prompt.

03 — Work on the real data

It reads and writes in your systems: campaigns, site, catalog. It acts on the real numbers, not on examples.

It is that discipline that lets us give you power without making you take risks. The rest of this page is what, concretely, it can do.

ADAM · Analyze

AI reads your real data, it does not wait for a report.

Connected to the store, the accounts and the email, the AI reads the numbers live instead of waiting for exports and tables. From three years of data it produces a 90-day plan; it builds a dashboard that brings several sources together and removes the duplicates, and shows you where you grow and where you lose.

It analyzes thousands of reviews and pieces of feedback to turn them into themes and sentiment, in real time. And it measures how ready your company really is for AI, before you invest in it. It is the Analyze phase of ADAM, at today’s speed.

Typographic panel: six months of editorial plan written by a pipeline of agents
Speed does not override judgment.KOM composition · 2026

ADAM · Design

Six months of content in a fraction of the time.

A pipeline of several agents writes entire blogs and six-month editorial plans in your tone of voice; it generates bespoke images without a shoot; it lays out microsites and homepages in days, not weeks — it is the flow we are building this very site with (content → design system → patterns).

And when the software you need does not exist, we build it: like the management system we made from scratch for our own use. Speed, though, does not override judgment: AI executes, the identity stays a human choice.

A thermometer becomes a thermostat
A thermostat regulates. A thermometer only reads.KOM composition · 2026

ADAM · Amplify

An agent that runs the advertising, not one that comments on it.

Connected to your accounts, the agent reads spend and results in real time, stops the waste and prepares complete campaigns in a few hours — always after your confirmation. It localizes catalog and communications at scale so you can enter a foreign market at a sustainable cost.

And with predictive models it steers budget and bids towards what actually converts. A thermostat, not a thermometer: it regulates, it does not only read.

A helper that says what it is. Nobody mistakes it for a person.Photo: Norbert Levajsics / Unsplash

ADAM · Measure

An AI that speaks your language, not one that invents answers.

With RAG we connect the AI to your documents, archives and data: it answers by drawing on what is true for you, not on generic phrases. Out of this comes the assistant we put on your site: it orients the people who arrive, answers 24/7, gathers the first context — and then hands over to a person.

Because a chatbot is a good first step, not a substitute for the real work. Measurement, meanwhile, continues: the AI keeps an eye on the numbers and flags where to step in.

Typographic panel: a deterministic, reversible, tested engine
It is the difference between power and disaster.KOM composition · 2026

THE PROOF

Power and safety in the same project.

For a large ecommerce we had to put order back into a catalog of tens of thousands of products. We did not do it by hand, and we did not do it “on the fly” with a prompt: we built a deterministic, reversible engine — tested the way serious software is tested, with the ability to roll back at every step.

The result: an enormous job, done in unthinkable time, without the risk of breaking the store. That is exactly what we mean by “AI with brakes”: all the power, no leap in the dark.

Artificial intelligence

We can only see a short distance ahead, but we can see plenty there that needs to be done.

THE PROOF

A FEW WEEKS, ONE SINGLE AGENCY

We counted almost eighty of them in a little over a month. Below, the most brutal.

What follows is not a portfolio. It is the running account of a few weeks of real work, on real companies — the industries yes, the names no. I line them up for one reason only: there is not a corner of marketing AI is not already touching. Read them one after another. It is the accumulation that makes the point.

Typographic panel: returning customer cohorts collapsed from 65% to 7%, across €361,000 of history
The monthly report said something else.KOM composition · 2026

01 · UNDERSTANDING THE NUMBERS (THE ANALYSIS)

AI does not only count. It interprets — and tells you the truth your reports are hiding.

  • B2B medical devices ecommerce: 25,645 orders and 87,427 rows analyzed in a day, down to the real margin product by product (32.8% on 6 million in revenue). Before: weeks of a BI analyst, or it simply was not done.
  • Same store: discovered that the best seller returns 18.8%, while it is the single-use line at 37.8% margin that pays the bills. Commercial intuition overturned by the numbers.
  • A packaging ecommerce: Google was declaring +7%, real revenue was −1%. The crisis was not about spend: the customers were not coming back. Cohorts collapsed from 65% to 7%, 1,000 customers lost, €361,000 of history.
  • A thermal spa: “Meta does not work” taken apart with the real numbers — ROAS on new customers 0.76x against Google’s 5.6x. Meta’s 2.8x was inflated by already loyal customers.
  • Made-in-Italy leather goods: 24 months of data cross-referenced from three sources → +160% year on year, and a foreign market returning ROAS 7.68 from cold. Translated straight away into “which categories to push, which markets to open”.

It used to be weeks of a data analyst. Today it is an afternoon — and the analyst would not have found the hero product that does not earn.

02 · THE ADVERTISING (THE CAMPAIGNS)

The advertising budget is no longer commented on. It is governed — and the waste is visible as it happens.

  • A single control room in plain language governs 67 ad accounts: it reads spend and results in real time and creates complete campaigns, always with human confirmation.
  • A biobank: found a tracking error that distorted everything — declared cost per lead €16, real cost per qualified lead €1,041. For months you would have optimized on the wrong number. (In a second case: €88 against the €1,470 declared.)
  • A complete Google Ads set — 77 keywords, 11 ads, 165 headlines, negative list — ready to import in 45 minutes. Before: one or two days of a senior campaign specialist.
  • A footwear ecommerce: a Google Ads plan across 30 brands, in two languages, produced by a swarm of 62 AI agents — and then another AI agent picking it apart number by number (break-even recalculated from 222% to 317%) before a euro was spent.
  • A thermal spa: around 60 creatives reviewed one by one — the best at €1.62 per lead, the worst at €18.10, some twenty micro-ads to switch off and an already saturated audience (seen 13 times each) caught early.

It is not AI writing the ad. It is AI finding the thousand euros you were throwing away without knowing.

Typographic panel: 37 newsletters analyzed, deep discounting anticorrelated with revenue
The discount myth, taken apart with statistics.KOM composition · 2026

03 · THE CONTENT (COPY AND EDITORIAL PLANS)

The editorial calendar no longer starts “on a hunch”. It starts from what you sold, and when.

  • Medical ecommerce: an autopsy of 37 newsletters over a year → discovered that a deep discount is anticorrelated with revenue. The discount myth, taken apart with statistics. (And the VAT-registered audience, on its own, is worth 46% of email revenue.)
  • Same store: a quarterly editorial plan built on real seasonality indices, category by category, with the copy for the first sends already written and checked through three lenses.
  • Made-in-Italy leather goods: six months of content — 24 posts, 24 reels, 20 newsletters — planned on 24 months of sales data. One constraint stated up front: no new photo shoots. Every sale from a reel is “revenue at zero media cost”.

Producing content at volume no longer costs time. It costs a well-made brief.

04 · THE IMAGES AND THE DESIGN (THE CREATIVE)

The photo shoot costing thousands has a competitor costing thirty cents.

  • Medical ecommerce: 4 photoreal scenes for the newsletters (home care on a beach, a clinic, a stockroom), generated and put through a quality check on hands, lettering and emblems, for €0.30 in total. Before: a staged shoot, thousands of euros and weeks of organizing.
  • A technical products brand: a complete editorial homepage — design, copy in Italian, code and animations — in a single file ready to open, micro-interactions written from scratch without a single external library. Before: art director + designer + copywriter + developer, weeks.

It is not “AI making the images”. It is the cost of creative falling by three zeros.

Typographic panel: 10,000 product pages localized into German and English
The system is built once. Then it translates forever.KOM composition · 2026

05 · SELLING ABROAD (LANGUAGES AND LOCALIZATION)

Translating a catalog for export is no longer a five-figure quote.

  • A multi-brand footwear ecommerce: 10,000 product pages localized into German and English, with a brand glossary and SEO rules locked in — consistency guaranteed, codes and brand names untouched, HTML cleaned up automatically. Before: months, a team of native specialists, a five-figure budget.
  • Made-in-Italy leather goods: an IT-DE-EN translation kit the client uses on their own, checked by native speakers — after the store’s auto-translations were rendering “Cartella” as “Ordner” and “Made in Italy” as “hergestellt in Italien”.

The system that translates is built once. Then it translates everything, forever, at almost no cost.

You will find it in the Amplify phase: foreign markets →

06 · THE CATALOG AND THE SITE (OPERATIONS)

Putting order into tens of thousands of products no longer takes a team. It takes four minutes.

  • Garden and outdoor living ecommerce, more than 60,000 products: an engine that recognizes the variants on its own and links them — the whole catalog rebuilt in ~4 minutes, 99.3% on audit, and an automated check found a structural error across 553 products that 120 rounds of manual review had missed.
  • A footwear ecommerce: from the URL patterns in the index alone, the AI deduced a badly finished migration (thousands of old pages ending in errors) and immediately pointed to the priority fix.

Reversible, repeatable, tested like real software. It is the difference between power and disaster.

Typographic panel: 15 areas of a management system built from scratch and used every day
You do not buy it off the shelf.KOM composition · 2026

07 · THE SOFTWARE THAT DOES NOT EXIST (CUSTOM TOOLS)

When the right program is not there, you do not wait. You build it.

  • An agency that instead of buying a management system built its own from scratch: 15 areas, roles, automatic notifications, holidays and capacity per person, in use every day.
  • Sales presentations, client reports, dashboards: no longer laid out by hand, but generated from code in seconds and regenerated on every change. A 10-slide pitch, a 12-section audit, whole branded Word and PDF reports — compiled, not drawn.

The advantage a competitor cannot buy off the shelf: the exact tool you need.

You will find it in the Design phase: custom tools →

The interesting things are seen from underneath.Photo: Kostiantyn Vierkieiev / Unsplash

08 · THE USES YOU DO NOT EXPECT

And then there are the things nobody expects from an agency.

  • An advertising audit stress-tested by a second AI agent hunting the first one’s errors before delivery: a raw report of 214,000 characters boiled down to a few operational moves.

AI criticizing AI. That is how you hold quality when the quantity explodes.

Everything else is in AI at work →

AND IT IS NOT OVER

And then, without even stopping: an online wine shop with the SEO audit turned into a sales narrative · an ecommerce migration verified on the live site · a contact funnel in 4 languages orchestrated across messaging and email · a commission model that recalculates itself · a multichannel report with its own peer review inside it · a library of 8 advertising videos adapted at zero cost · a competitive analysis across 25 European leather goods brands · a connector built on the spot when the data was not exposed · a two-hour technical call reduced to a navigable map of marketing moves.

QUESTIONS

FAQ

The questions we always get.

Will AI replace my people?

No. Here AI accelerates and executes; the decisions stay human. Even the assistant, after the first orientation, hands over to a person.

Is it not dangerous to give it access to my systems?

That is the delicate point, and it is where we put the brakes: confirmations before acting, reversible operations, checks at every step. Power with the seat belt on.

We are a small company, is this too big for us?

The opposite: AI connected properly is the fastest way for a smaller company to do things only big ones used to. You start from a small pilot.

Does my data stay mine?

Yes. With RAG the AI draws on your documents and archives to answer on what is true for you, under your control.

Where do I start?

From a free analysis: we take a picture of how ready you are and where AI genuinely pays for you. If it does not pay somewhere, we tell you.

Stop “using AI”.
Put it to work.

We start from your data and your systems, not from a demo. We work out where AI genuinely earns you time and money — and where it does not: in that case you will be the first to know. With speed, with the right brakes, and with the usual bluntness.
