THE THESIS
WHY STORIES
The fire changed, not the need.
In 2005 I sold ties online, on eTies.it: similar photos, similar prices. What made the difference was not the product page, it was why that tie was worth it. And that is always a story.
We have told each other stories around a fire for as long as we have existed — it is the information that sticks in memory, because it comes through the emotions. Only the fire changed: today it is a screen. The need is identical. A company that can tell its own story does not sell more because it shouts louder: it sells because it is understood, and remembered.

IT IS NOT INVENTED
A story is not invented. It is drawn out of who you are.
The protagonist, the values, the tone, the “enemy” to defeat: they are already in your prism — personality, culture, relationship. Storytelling is the bridge that turns that identity into a narrative, and the narrative into content: a video, an article, a campaign.
That is why it lives in the Design phase of ADAM: first we know who you are, then we find your story. Inventing one that does not look like you shows immediately — and does not hold.

WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO
BEFORE THE STORY, THE LISTENER
A story works only if you know who you are telling it to.
For the first time five generations live side by side with different values, languages and channels: the same message cannot speak to all of them the same way. Before choosing the tone, we choose the listener — it is the step from a generic “target” to a “target persona”.
Target
Knowing your listeners so you can build messages that speak to their needs, interests and challenges.
Content & language
Every listener has a tone of voice and a style: they set the content apart and make it relevant.
Channels
Not all channels are equal: knowing who you are looking for helps you choose the platforms that maximize visibility and interaction.
Objectives
Every piece of communication has an objective. Without one, it is just noise.
Pick a generation — its target persona appears below ↓
From target to person
Change the generation and the language, the channels and the tone change with it: from a general view of the market to the single ideal customer. The sharper the person, the more the story reaches them.

THE MEDIUM
Why video, more than anything else.
A face, a voice, a place: video carries in three seconds what a text needs a page for. It shows the product in a real person’s hand, it makes the tone audible, it builds trust before the words do.
You do not need Hollywood: you need truth, told well. So we treat it like every other piece of content — inside a strategy, inside a funnel — not as a nice film for its own sake.

HONEST CRITICISM
A fine story about a product that does not deliver is just a well-shot lie.
Honest storytelling starts from something true: an origin, a method, a promise you keep. If there is no substance underneath, no production saves it — and today people smell it in a second.
We do not build fairy tales: we find the truth you already have, and make it impossible to ignore. If the story is not there yet, we tell you, and we work on that first.
Video storytelling
Of all our inventions for mass communication, pictures still speak the most universally understood language.

THE PROCESS
FROM IDENTITY TO STORY
How we turn your identity into a story.
01
We find the core
From the prism: who the protagonist is, what they believe, what they fight against.
02
We choose the arc
A beginning, a tension, a turn. Not a list of merits.
03
We choose the format
Video, article, social series: wherever the story breathes best.
04
We produce with truth
Real people, real places. Care, not pretence.
05
We put it in the funnel
The story attracts, the content accompanies, the campaigns collect.
06
We measure what stays
Not just views: watch time, recall, actions.

THE PROOF
A story made a steak recognizable.
Bianca Terra raises Chianina cattle in Stanghella, in the province of Padua — a product that, on the shelf, looks like a thousand others. Instead of listing certifications, we told a story: a short supply chain, animal welfare, the idea of “I know what I am eating and where it came from”.
That narrative, from the packaging to the content, brought +40% organic traffic in six months and tripled the commercial leads. Same meat. Different story.

QUESTIONS
FAQ
The questions we always get.
Is storytelling only for “emotional” brands?
No. Even the most technical B2B has a story: why you exist, what problem you solve, why anyone should trust you. The tone changes, the principle does not.
Do I need a TV-commercial budget?
No. What counts is truth told well, not the budget. An honest video is often worth more than a glossy, empty production.
How measurable is it?
More than it seems: watch time, completion, actions after the video, brand recall. Storytelling that moves nothing does not interest us.
Where do we start?
From the prism. If the identity is clear, the story is already there: it only has to be found and told well.
You have a story.
We help you tell it.
We start from who you are, find the story that looks like you and take it where people will watch it — screen included. And if there is no true story underneath yet, we tell you: we build that first.
