Introduction
Komlab S.r.l. Società Benefit, a benefit corporation under Italian law, is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Italian Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004 (the “Stanca Act”).
This accessibility statement applies to: https://kom.online/
Compliance status
Partially compliant. This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of standard UNI CEI EN 301549, because of the instances of non-compliance listed below.
Non-accessible content
- Images without alternative text. Some images, including logos and icons, have no meaningful
altattribute, or no alternative text at all. - Insufficient contrast between text and background. Some text elements do not meet the minimum contrast ratio required (4.5:1 for normal text).
- Inconsistent headings and page structure. Headings do not always follow a logical hierarchy, which makes navigation with a screen reader harder.
- Links and buttons without descriptive labels. Some links and buttons are not labeled correctly, or have no text at all.
- No mechanism for skipping repeated blocks. There is no “Skip to main content” link or equivalent.
- Forms that are not fully accessible. Some form fields are not associated with a label, or are not described through ARIA attributes.
- Invalid or inconsistent use of ARIA attributes. In several cases ARIA attributes are missing, wrong, or inconsistent with the role of the element.
- Frames and iframes without a title. Some
iframeelements have no descriptive title. - Interactive elements not always reachable by keyboard. Some controls or buttons cannot be reached or activated with the keyboard.
- Status messages not passed to assistive technology. Changes of state (confirmations, form errors) are not always announced to screen readers.
