The best spread in the world (the French say so). All that was missing was an ecommerce to match.
Teo&Bia is a Piedmont farm producing organic spreads that France has crowned “the best in the world”. The challenge was not building a website, it was putting the soul of a brand made of family, land and craft into digital form without betraying it. We gave it an identity, packaging and an ecommerce. The result: +30% online sales in 12 months.

WHO TEO&BIA ARE
Who Teo&Bia are.
A family-run farm that from Piedmont (Alessandria) grows hazelnuts and produces gourmet spreads, with obsessive attention to sustainability and ingredients. The richness of these spreads is in their purity: fully organic products, from a craft process that excludes additives and preservatives.
An ethic that took them to the very top of recognition in France, where their spread was celebrated as “the best in the world”. A small excellence with a true story to tell.

THE CHALLENGE
Authenticity against conversion: the false dilemma.
The challenge was translating the brand’s craft soul into digital while avoiding two equally dangerous extremes: a site too “rustic” to convey the premium, or too glossy to keep the truth of the farmhouse and the process. In premium organic food, trust comes from transparency — ingredients, processing, origins — but also from how easy it is to buy.
The point was making the story and the checkout live together without competing. And there is the paradox of organic online: it asks for an authentic story and ethical values, but it has to embrace digital modernity to reach new markets and new generations.

WHAT WE DID
Identity first: logo, palette, voice and packaging.
We brought the brand back into focus. Logo and palette updated for a modern look that kept the craft feel; a fresh, current tone of voice, worthy of the product. And the packaging rethought to have less commercial appeal, able to communicate story and family tradition straight away, with sustainable materials and a design that brings out the craft.
The risk to avoid was dissonance: if the site speaks in one voice and the product in another, the premium collapses. When everything is consistent instead, even a jar of spread becomes something you choose, not only something you buy.

THE EXPERIENCE
When craft becomes UX.
We chose Shopify for its flexibility and its native SEO advantages, using it to hold two needs together: an editorial structure able to carry the storytelling, the process, the ingredients, the family, and an ecommerce that is clear and reliable. The design system, warm and readable, echoes the soil and the ingredients: the palette carries photos, packaging and UI; the typography supports the narrative texts without tiring the eye.
The product pages became narrative: places where you understand why it costs this much and what organic actually means, so the premium is not declared, it is understood. And CRO, with no noisy levers: for a craft food brand the best increase comes from less friction and more trust.
